The easiest way to ask us is during the purchasing process. When you add an item to your cart you will see a section called Do you want to add any information to your order? in which you can write. Tell us there if you want us to wrap your purchase, the dedication you want us to include in your package or if you want us to send your purchase to another address.
When you place an order we send you a confirmation email, there you have another opportunity: You can reply to the email telling us that you want us to wrap your purchase, add a dedication or send your purchase wherever you want; But be careful, if it takes a long time, we may have already processed your order and your package is already in the hands of our transport agency. In that case, we won't be able to do anything.
Will my order arrive by Christmas? What is the deadline to order and receive before Three Kings Day?
Our shipments are urgent and take between 24 and 48 hours to reach any point on the Peninsula, but keep in mind that on these dates the courier companies have much more work and their delivery times may be a little longer. We know that there is nothing worse than making a purchase as a gift and it not arriving on the expected date, which is why we recommend the following:
If you want your purchase for Christmas, you can buy until Monday the 21st at 1:00 p.m.
If you want your purchase for Three Kings, you can buy until Thursday the 31st at 1:00 p.m.
In some cases, if you buy later your purchase will still arrive, but we cannot guarantee this.
